Just back from a 6 night stay at All Season's resort. We have been going to the Cape for 38 years and have stayed in numerous motels throughout the area. We were very happy and content with our stay. Room was updated and comfortable. Liked having the sink outside the bathroom area. We had a balcony which overlooked the pool and enjoyed the outdoor area. Indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful. Hot tub was spacious and relaxing I've read many of the reviews and the negative ones need to be clarified. The water pressure was actually good and normal for a Cape cod hotel/motel. Breakfast was a typical breakfast for the motels in area. Do recommend another toaster in breakfast room during the busy season. Our deck chair needs replacing but that was fine. We found the resort was very safe and doors locked day and night which was a plus for safety.. We would definitely come back. Area is perfect and close to many beaches and attractions and restaurants. Housekeeping staff did a great job. Lobby was very nice and a nice bonus room off lobby with table and chairs. Staff was very kind and helpful! We even stayed an extra night!

The front desk staff is extremely professional and friendly. They truly take pride in their job and the resort. The renovations done since our last visit are tasteful and certainly an upgrade to the ambiance. A basic breakfast included with the room is nice. All Seasons Resort is easily accessed from Route 28 and is centrally located. The outdoor pool area is a good size and centrally located in the center of the resort. Prices are average for this time of year on the Cape.

The whole place was clean, and the grounds were groomed. We were unable to use either of the two pools due to our time schedule, but we would have liked too, the hot tub also looked very inviting. There is a play area for kids outside. The breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt and more. The coffee was very good too! We had a sliding door in our room that went out to our car which was parked right outside the door. Very convenient.

The rooms are exactly as they are presented. Two very comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was clean, with a shower/bad and a toilet in a separate room and the sink at the entrance of the room. The indoor pool looked amazing and we were a bit bumped we didn't bring our bathing suits for a little swim. We were there out of season so it was really calm. For dinner, we definitely recommend checking out the diner across the street

The pool was lovely and the bed and blankets were super comfortable! There was a really terrible group staying at the same time as us, some hockey group. They were super inconsiderate and made the stay a little stressful. The staff were so helpful to make the stay more comfortable even with the difficult group. They moved our room for us and even assisted in moving our stuff. Tiffany at the front desk was so sweet and kind!
